  • A full refund will be provided upon written notice is sent to Sociavi Support Team (support@sociavi.com) and the Sociavi C2M Device is returned in its original packaging within 10 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for Insured shipping return of the device to Sociavi Company
  • Any defective or damaged Sociavi C2M Device will be replaced if reported within 10 days of delivery by sending written notice to Sociavi Support Team (support@sociavi.com) and the damaged product is received by the Sociavi Company in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for Insured shipping return of the device to Sociavi Company
