If you need to cancel our services, you can do so at any time by sending us an email to email@example.com. Within two (2) business days, you will receive a response from us with instructions on how to return the device. Shipping and postage are your responsibility.
Once the device is received and processed, your account will be cancelled, and no additional charges will apply. There are no prorations on monthly subscriptions. If you paid annually, we will send you a prorated refund for the rest of the year.
